Investing in Your Company's Future

In the current economic climate you rely on your best employees to develop creative solutions for solving problems. Investing in your best employees to develop these solutions is an investment in your company's leaders.

As an employer, you can expect to see an immediate return on investment as your employees progress through the Professional Master's in Applied Systems Engineering (PMASE) program. Our students apply systems engineering concepts learned in class to projects at the office while sharing new tools and techniques with colleagues. The PMASE program prepares your employees to grow into effective leaders, capable of developing and managing a team.

Professional Master's in Applied Systems Engineering students gain real-world experience by collaborating with geographically-separated teams. A globalized workforce is becoming the norm and it is essential for individuals to effectively work with geographically diverse colleagues. In addition, they will also develop the ability to think strategically and:

  • Develop project plans
  • Identify areas of project risks
  • Gain hands-on experience with systems engineering tools
  • Enhance their problem solving skills
  • Learn from top industry professionals

The Professional Master's in Applied Systems Engineering (PMASE) program is a part-time graduate engineering program that is designed for working professionals. The majority of instruction is delivered through distance learning and can be accomplished remotely. During the two-year PMASE program students are required to come together on Georgia Tech's Atlanta campus three times, each for a 4-day visit. This hybrid format allows your employees the flexibility to participate while still keeping up with their professional responsibilities. The Professional Master's in Applied Systems Engineering degree program offers the convenience needed by full-time, employed engineers while delivering the skills that an employer values.
